Hardware

Our virtual clusters are based on Sun Microsystems hardware; Sun X2200 M2 servers connected to the internet by two Dell Powerconnect GBIT switches. Your data is stored on our Sun StorageTek 2540 SAN, connected to the servers with two Brocade 200E Fibre-switces.

Software

VmWare ESX 3.5 takes care of the virtualisation. All our clusters are running High Availability, and all virtual machines have 100% guaranteed resources, we do not overbook our customers. Every customer can remotely manage the virtual machines with the VmWare Infrastructure Client. You can manage the power-state of your virtual machine, use the Infrastructure client as KVM over IP and even mount local images or CD-drives to the virtual server, to install an OS.

Network

Our servers are Gigabit connected to the internet. We're connected to the internet by the Euroaccess network (AS34305), with Jointtransit, Cogent and TeliaSonera Transit connections.

Payment

We accept iDeal (Netherlands only), Paypal and Wire transfers in Euro or USD. We charge no setup fee.

Terms and Conditions

All Dedicated virtual servers come with a 6-month contract (1-month term of notice), payment of the montly fee in advance. We will cancel your contract without refund when you violate our our main terms:

Lack of payment for 30 days or more
Sending spam
Hosting content violating the Dutch law
